PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED SALMON RECIPE - EASY TO PREPARE PROSCIUTTO SALMON

Today, I will be cooking the salmon head and bones in a soup, Japanese style. For Christmas eve, I bought a large salmon. The head and bones were set aside for today (Frozen in the freezer). I used the fillet to make "Prosciutto Salmon" for our Christmas Eve gathering. 

My daughter bought the prosciutto from a grocer in Perth and they were so good unlike the ones from the regular supermarket.

Each piece of salmon was lightly marinated with Dijon mustard then carefully wrapped with one large piece of prosciutto.

Pan fried each side for about 2 minutes.

It was really easy to prepare and tasted so good!
