We have many worn T-shirts that are either too old to be given away, or we may want to recycle them as rags.
I came across this idea of a recycled no sew t-shirt bag on the internet and I think it’s such a brilliant idea to include this as a school holiday project for primary school children.
It took me 20 minutes to complete the project. Your children may take a little longer, or they may not be able to cut the fabric neatly – it’s alright. They will enjoy making their very own T-shirt bag without stress and besides,
they will feel so proud to be able to have their very own recycled T-shirt bag. Enjoy!

Recycle your old T shirt
Trim away the sleeves and neckline. Cut the bottom edges into tassels.

Tie dead knots to secure the tassels.
