HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR

This is the time of the year, when some of us will try our hands in baking and cooking for the Lunar New Year celebrations. 
Yesterday, I  made a batch of "Bak Kwa" (Barbequed pork jerky) and feel very satisfied with this recipe.
